Baracuta slim-fit G9 harrington jacket in leather

Baracuta_leather

Traditionally a lightweight cloth item, Baracuta is now offering something a little different for its slim-fit harrington G9 jacket – producing it in leather.

It's very much the classic G9 jacket aside from that finish, complete with the two front packets and elasticated waist and cuffs, plus that Fraser tartan mesh lining. But you do have that leather finish, described as a 'premium perforated leather. that you'll no doubt love or hate.

And for an asking price of £340, you'll really have to love it.

Adidas Italia 1960s trainers reissued

Italia

Adidas is knocking out classic trainer reissues faster than we can write about them – in fact, this is the second reissue of the classic Adidas Italia 1960s trainers we've seen in a few months.

Yes, they were reissued at the turn of the year with black detailing, but this new version swaps that for more co-ordinated Forest Green stripes, coupled with the gold branding on the side panel.

Of course everything else is as it was and should be, with a 100 per cent leather upper completing things. Yours for £79.

Jinga Cushties – retro trainers with a cushioned sole

Jinga_cush

Regular readers will recall we featured the original Jinga trainers sometime last year. Well, if you like those, but want a little more comfort, you just might like the Jinga Cushties.

If you missed them first time round, Jinga trainers are ethical footwear – made in Brazil, profits from the shoes support social projects in the country. And they're also made in a sweatshop-free environment, as well as being suitable for vegans.

But above all, they're cool retro trainers with a distinct Onitsuka vibe, the Jinga Cushties adding a thicker, cushioned sole to offer more bounce, support and more grip for everyday wear. Take your pick from various colours (including the one above), with a pair retailing for a very affordable £40.

Rapha Campionissimo vintage-style cycling shirt

Campan

To celebrate 60 years since Fausto Coppi won both the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France, Rapha has produced a shirt that replicates the one worn by the legendary cyclist – the Rapha Campionissimo cycling shirt.

Ideally for cyclists, it's also a super-cool casual top, made from extra fine worsted merino yarn that's anti-bacterial, itch-free and odour-resistant – perfect for a summer's day. And with an angled collar and wooden buttons, it's also packing an authentic late 40s look.

And of course, if you're a cyclist you'll probably find use for those double pockets on the front as well as those hot weather features. And if you want to show off your cycling knowledge, a unique Il Campionissimo label is sown into the back. Not cheap as you might expect, with the top retailing for £160.
