New vintage styled accessories by Nanny K at Enamore

Nanny_k

For those of us who wish to do our bit for Mother Earth, shopping for apparel can be a bit of a minefield. While many manufacturers are switched on to ethical means, they’re often those with less exciting designs to offer. That’s where Enamore comes in, with their use of sustainable, organic fabrics.

Added to their own collections are some new designers including Nanny K. Making great vintage styled hair accessories and hats, they’ve taken inspiration from Hawaii and pin-up style. The end result is wearable retro for day and night.

Packing those 70s-style space age looks, this 7-inch frame has Wi-Fi connectivity (so it can pick up images from online photo sites), as well as 256MB of internal storage, a card reader (so you can transfer your images from a camera easily) and an email, should you want to keep up with your correspondence or email images to friends and family. There’s even a media player, should you want to add a bit of music.

The one downside is availability – Japan only right now, selling for the equivalent of £220.

Offside – the table football coffee table

Offside

Looking to liven up the TV ad breaks? You need the Offside coffee table.

As the name suggests, this is a coffee table…with table football. Yes, beneath that solid oak and glass structure is a fully-functioning footie table, complete with  wooden players, goals, scoreboard, steel handles and a mirrored pitch. Just drop in the ball and you’re away.

And when the TV livens up again, it’s back as a coffee table, with plenty of surface area for your food, drinks and magazines. Not the cheapest coffee table you’ll see at £1,495, but certainly the most fun.
