Smeg 50s-style retro washing machine
Ok, so you've got the Smeg fridge, but you can't find any of other retro appliances to fit in with it. Never fear - Smeg has come to the rescue with the Smeg 50s-style retro washing machine.
It has the same retro look as the fridge when closed. Open the door and you'll get a washing machine with all the technology of any modern equivalent, with an electronic display panel, buttons for all your essential functions, programming (15 programmes) and up to 5kg load capacity.
Note that this is designed as a free-standing unit and cannot be slotted under a worktop.
Available in either pink or cream, you can pick one up for around £740.

There are a lot of kitchen items now for sale that match these refrigerators. Get some ideas from Online Kitchenware. Also this would look good with the sofa at the top of the page.

I first learned about Smeg for its Opera Range Cooker appliances which are quite famous and well known and particularly used by TV chefs so they had that type of implicit recommendation that comes with being the favoured brand of top chefs. Having explored their Smeg Retro appliances some further I see that they are quite big on these retro styles and have dedicated a significant portion of their product range to the vintage theme. It is quite ambitious for a company to do that, good on Smeg for breaking the mould. For some reason I always imagine hippies when seeing these retro styled kitchen appliances, not sure what's up with that. Peace out!
