1970s Elephant Money Box
Money boxes are a good way to encourage children to save or for adults to collect up all that loose change that accumulates. This sweet Elephant Money Box was originally commissioned by a Swedish bank back in the 1970s.
It is made from plastic rather than china but it still looks pretty good. And the elephant design makes a nice change from the usual pig.
Priced just £5, it will leave you with plenty of money leftover to deposit in it. Details of how to buy one can be found on the Family Tree Shop website.
