The Midcentury Show at the De La Warr Pavilion

Midcentury A cool show at a super-cool venue - that'll be The Midcentury Show at the De La Warr Pavilion at Bexhill On Sea, coming up on Sunday 18th May 2008.

The Midcentury Show showcases the latest finds from a selection of 35 to 40 dealers specialising in all aspects of mid-century design for the home - everything from ceramics, glass and fabrics through to larger furniture items.

And as a bonus, you'll be wandering round the De La Warr Pavilion, designed by Eric Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff in 1935, now a Grade One listed icon of the Modernist movement and a day trip destination in itself. The Midcentury Show runs from 11am until 4pm, with entry £5 for adults, free for accompanied children.
