The description “statement piece” is overused, but in the case of the Norton Chair in Marimekko Pieni Unniko fabric, it is entirely appropriate.
The chair itself is a low tub shape rolled curves and piped detail. It is quite a traditional shape and if you are looking for tradition, there is a brown leather version available, but what interests us is the one in Marimekko fabric, lending a midcentury Scandinavian look to the chair. We’ve featured many products using Marimekko’s Unikko print, but the Norton Chair probably requires the most devotion to the bold floral print.
