Scion 1950s-style Flight fabric
Scion have certainly caught our eye with their mid-century and Scandinavian inspired range of fabrics and wallpaper. A great example of their style is this 1950s-style Flight fabric.
Taken from their Melinki collection, the 100% cotton fabric is printed with a tranquil scene showing the abstracted silhouettes of birds in flight. With its sketchy style, it looks like the design could have been on the drawing board as easily 60 years ago as today - and will probably still look as good in another 60 years again.
The fabric costs £25 a metre.
