Vida dining chair from Dwell

It's a contemporary design but these Vida dining chairs from Dwell would look every bit as good in a retro-styled interior. 

The look of the chairs draws on classic mid-century style. Its interestingly-shaped solid walnut frame helps give the appearance of it being a lot more expensive than it really is. Which is just as well, as the use of the white faux-leather seat on the design is a bit questionable. Ignore the accompanying dining table too: a disappointing glass topped number. However, taken purely on their own merits, these chair offer a great high street interpretation of a classic style.
