eBay watch: 1971 space age Curver Rotobar

A space age gem is on eBay right now - and this Curver Rotobar is at its low starting price too.

A 1971 design from Dutch maker Curver, it has featured in a variety of books covering 1960s and '70s design. Quite simply, if you are going for the space age look, this is a design to have. See it 'in action' back in the day in the image below.

According to the seller, condition is 'very good', with only minimal fading to the top, very good chrome and fine surface marks you would expect from age. But it's worth noting that there's a 'faint ring' and a 'small chip' (both captured in shots on the listing), while the clip on the 'tray' has been broken off - but finding an example simply with the tray is hard enough.
