One word that usually has me running for the hills is 'upcycled'. However, I'm making am exception for this 1960s teak bookcase or storage unit.
It does have that dreaded word on the description, but judging by the photos, this hasn't suffered from an awful 'wash' of paint. It has been coloured using 'specialist' paints for a 1960s 'monochrome' design on the front. On top of that, there is a lovely overall midcentury design and storage behind those black and white panels.
Seems good value too at £95 on a 'Buy It Now'.
