Still on the look out for a midcentury-style bed? Once upon a time it was impossible to find one, but these days there are a good number of options. This Laslo bed at Sofa.com is one of the more recent additions.
I know, a bed at a place called Sofa.com. But they do them and judging by this, some stylish ones too. Named after a Bond villain apparently, it is supported by beechwood legs with an oak varnish finish (although there are options to change this colour) and has a buttoned headboard, with a seemingly endless choice of fabrics (and leather) for the upholstery of the frame.
That, along with the four sizes of bed, obviously impact on the price. But as a guide, it starts at £595.
