Not the first time that the classic Togo seating system has been the inspiration for a high street range. In fact, DFS had one a couple of years back. If you missed that, you might want to check out this Harper seating range at Modern.

The Togo, if you didn't know, was (and still is) a sofa range designed by Michel Ducaroy back in 1973, when it was pitched as the first all-foam sofa. You can still get the range at Ligne Roset, but take our word for it, that doesn't come cheap.

A cheaper option is this Harper series at Modern, which is a similar foam seating set, offered in a purple velvet or a charcoal fabric. It's also available as a chair, a two-seater sofa or a three-seater sofa.

It definitely has the look (compare with the original to see just how closely they match up), but doesn't quite have the price tag. The Harper starts at £299, with next day delivery also available.
