Is it aimed at adults or kids? We don’t know or care, we just know that we love the idea of a Yellow Submarine Lego set featuring The Beatles.

The set was suggested as a potential Lego project at the Lego Ideas site by Beatles fan Kevin Szeto and as you would expect, flew past the 10,000-vote mark to be considered for release. Lego considered it, gave it the thumbs up and it has now been confirmed for release.

You can get the set from November, which is primarily the 550+ piece set featuring the Yellow Submarine, with the added bonus of John, Paul, George and Ringo minifigures, not to mention a bonus Jeremy, the ‘Nowhere Man’ in the original animated movie.

The price is likely to be around the £50 mark when it lands in November. We wouldn’t be surprised to see this in short supply during the festive season, so make sure you check the Lego website regularly during that month if you want to make sure you get one.
