Adidas Vintage Airline bag

Adidas_airline1

A nod to the past, mixed in with the present day, that's what you get with the Adidas Vintage Airline bag.

With the Vintage Airline bag, Adidas has updated one of its archives designs for the present day, using the classic shape of the airline travel bag, made from a synthetic material that gives the impression of soft leather.

Aside from that, there are three pockets, a large strap and a vintage-style Adidas logo. Choose from three colours (another pictured over the page), all selling for £30.

Frank Lloyd Wright architecture Lego sets

Lego1

I'll be honest, I've not played with Lego blocks since I was 9 or 10, but I might just be tempted back into it when these Frank Lloyd Wright architecture Lego sets land.

Two sets are incoming, the The Guggenheim Museum and Fallingwater, the first of those dating from the mid-1950s and the second one being the stunning 1930s residence that the architect designed for businessman Edgar Kaufmann Sr. Both sets will also include glossy booklets that feature traditional building instructions along with exclusive archival historical material and photographs of each building.

See over for another image of the new sets. No news of a shelf date or indeed price as yet, we'll let you know as soon as we track them down.

Vitra Gehry Low Table Set and Block

Gehrry_block

Cardboard has never looked as cool as it does in the Vitra Gehry Low Table Set and Block.

Dating back to 1972, this is part of Frank Gehry's Easy Edges range, mixing high-end design with low-end building materials, in this case, cardboard. Ok, that might sound a little weak, but the layers of corrugated cardboard are packed together to be as strong as any wood construction.

The set includes two tables and a small 'block' table, available in either a white or natural finish. Each set retails from £803 or you can buy the tables individually from £138.

Linea Wassily Chair at House of Fraser

Wassily

All of the chair for less of the money, that's what House of Fraser is offering with the Linea Wassily Chair.

As you might have guessed, this is an Italian-made reproduction of the 1925 modernist classic, mixing that chrome frame with some black leather support to create something that's good to look at and comfortable to sit in.

It's just been reduced, dropping down from £359 to a more palatable £249.

Menu’s Verner Panton Geometri side plates

Geo1

If you invested in Menu's Verner Panton Geometri homeware range (launched just over a year ago), you might be interested in the latest additions – these Verner Panton Geometri side plates.

They're designed to go with the previously-released items, the egg cups, bowls and mugs and offer the same 1960 pop art-style design, the same porcelain construction, but a slight departure from the normal design – with a ridge round the side of the plates.

Sold in sets of two, you can pick them up for £24.99. See over the page for an image of all the set together.
