There's a lot more to these Space Invaders cushion covers than initially meets the eye.
Produced by Etsy seller Voodoo Rabbit, the covers use a Gingham Invaded fabric – that's right, gingham produced by lots of mini Space Invaders, with patchwork used to create that large Invader on one side of the cushion.
The base is a contrasting 100% pre-washed / pre-shrunk cotton, three invader designs are available and each cushion cost $45 plus postage.

This Pretty Peacock Cushion has all her signature elements; a digital print of a peacock that looks to be made from vintage floral material, a contrasting background and the reverse of the cushion made from vintage fabric. The design uses big daisy prints and a mixture of brown, orange, pink and yellows to add to the retro appeal.
