Levi Vintage 1966 501 jeans reissued

Levi_66

If you are on the look out for a 60s feel for your denim, Levi Vintage might have the thing with the reissued 1966 501 jeans.

Made from Levi's 14oz selvedge denim, the 1966 501 has a regular fit with tapered knee, button fly and the usual Levi detailing. The one thing you'll either appreciate or hate is the finish – an 'archive wash' that gives a slightly (but not overly) used look to the new denim.

Available now in limited numbers, they sell for £139 per pair.

1980s Puma Whirlwind II trainers are back in grey and green

Whirl1

We saw two colourways of this reissued earlier in the year, but now you can pick up the Puma Whirlwind II trainers in a choice of grey or green.

Like their predecessors, the new Whirlwind II are based on a classic 1980 running shoe, originally with a running spike, with the new version changing that for a multi pimpled outsole for extra shock absorption.

The upper is a mix of suede and nylon (along with a leather stripe) and both colourways (the other pictured over the page) are available now. Price is £49.99.

Out of print tees

While its now fairly common to be able to get prints of classic book covers to hang on your walls, Out of Print clothing offer you the chance to wear your favourite design on a t-shirt instead.

Their cotton t-shirts cover a selection of iconic twentieth century books such as On the Road, Lord of the Flies, The Naked Lunch as well as Slaughterhouse-Five and Fitzgerald's Tales of the Jazz Age which are shown here. There's probably a design to please most literary or aesthetic tastes.

Adidas Gazelle II trainers get a Stockholm-like reissue

Gaz_stock

The City Series reissues tend to get snapped up as soon as they appear, so how about something that offers a slight nod to one of that series? That's what you get with the latest Adidas Gazelle II reissue.

Ok, the shape is very obviously the Gazelle, a shoe that dates back to the late 60s. But the colourway, with that deep blue upper and bright contrast leather detailing could well have come from something like the Stockholm.

Finished off wuth a gum sole unit, it's available now – £55 secures you a pair.

Nike reissues 1970s Classic Windrunner

Wind1

The weather forecast promised sun, but as I look out of the window, it's probably about to pour down. That's the unpredictability of the weather for you – and why you need something like the Nike Classic Windrunner close to hand.

The Windrunner has been around since the 1970s and shows no sign of goign away. Indeed, it's probably never been as popular. Still with its distinctive chevron panelling and bold colour schemes, it also packs that all-important hood and an embroidered logo on chest. It also packs down small when the rain subsides too.

Choose from various colour schemes (you can see another over the page), with a price tag of £59.

1970s Adidas Europa track top reissued

Europa

Once upon a time, finding authentic vintage Adidas sportswear usually meant wandering round a car boot-style sale in the suburbs of Germany. Then Adidas got wise to it, reissuing their archives, sometimes with a lived-in look. Like this Adidas Europa track top.

A classic track top from the 1970s, the Europa is back out with its original shape and design, with Adidas adding to the authenticity by giving it a stone wash and some slight wear to the logo on the zip pull. So everyone really will believe you've dig this up from your very own secret vintage place.

Sold in limited numbers, you can pick one up in all sizes for £59.
