Reissued 1980s Dallas Trainers by Puma

Unlikely to be around for long, the Adidas Munchen trainers are back on the racks 30 years after their first appearance.

First seen in 1979 and pitched as a training shoe, it's been back in every decade since as a more casual bit of footwear. The latest version is exclusive to Size, offering up an upper in red suede with nylon mesh panels, serrated three stripe branding plus white laces and that distinctive sole.

New Balance x Overkill 577 Berlin Wall trainers

A shoe that was big news 20 years ago has returned to celebrate an event that was even bigger news in the same decade, specifically the New Balance x Overkill 577 Berlin Wall trainers.

The 577 was a slimmer version of the similar 576 and big news for runners back in the late 80s. These days worn more for casual footwear, it's back with a makeover by Berlin retailer Overkill, which has produced 577 pairs of three colourways, all with a distinctive tongue and a sole and insole that features motifs from the original Berlin Wall. Yes, as you might have guessed, these shoes are to commemorate 20 years since the Wall fell.
