Pop Cam – snap your own pop art

Popcam
Never mind creating your own pop art, you can just snap it with this Pop Cam.

The miniature camera uses 35mm film, taking four mini pictures of a subject in rapid succession, arranging them all in different hues on a 6-inch x 4-inch print when you get your film processed – creating a pile of your very own pop art.

And best of all, it’s cheap – just £9.99.

Dusty Groove Jazz Standard t-shirt

Jazzstandard
Dusty Groove is one of our favourite record stores – and if you dig deep enough, you’ll find some interesting non-music items too, including this Dusty Groove Jazz Standard t-shirt.

The design is a classic late night jazz recording session and is an ideal alternative for the jazz fan who doesn’t want to go the whole way with the shades and beret (or if it’s a bit warm for a polo neck sweater).

Available in a range of sizes and printed on 100 per cent cotton, it’s available for a very reasonable £6.50.

Paul Catherall Trellick Tower linocut print

Catheralltrellickgrey
We like to bring you a bit of culture every now and again by featuring some of our favourite artists. Paul Catherall is one of the UK’s leading linocut print makers, and produces images of iconic landmarks using a palette inspired by commercial art of the 1950s and 60s, and we think his Trellick Tower print is great.

As you may have noticed we like Trellick Tower, we’ve featured it before on mugs and plates, and tea towels so Paul’s print of Trellick Tower really caught our eye.

The print is available in a limited edition of 15 and is 44 x 31cm, and costs a reasonable £250 plus delivery costs, from Clapham Art Gallery.

If Trellick tower doesn’t appeal to you it is still worth checking out Paul’s other prints which feature many London landmarks including the Oxo Tower, the Gherkin, and Centrepoint.
