1980s Puma Dallas trainers reissued in leather

Dallas

An old school classic, the Puma Dallas trainers are back with a premium leather finish.

Yes, leather – not the suede upper that's usually associated with the shoe. In fact, it looks more like a tennis shoe in this incarnation.

Details are that leather upper, a gum sole and gold branding. It's a release that's 'highly limited' too, according to the retailer. £69 is the asking price.

Reissued 1960s Adidas Achill trainers now available to buy

Achill1

We did preview these over on our His Knibs site a while back, but now the Adidas Achill trainers are available to buy.

A limited edition release of a lesser-known Adidas shoe, originally a running shoe and dating back to the late '60s, it's something of a forerunner to the better-known SL 72. In this case, you get the original shape, with a suede and mesh upper, D-ring lacing and cutaway sole, with a colour option of white or black. The other style pictured over the page.

If you want a pair, £65 secures a pair.

Have An Ice Day screenprint by Crispin Finn

Ice2

Seeing as it's such a warm day (here at least), we thought you might fancy an ice lolly? Or a at least, a picture of one courtesy of the Have An Ice Day screenprint by Crispin Finn.

It's an eye-catching number, with an old school lolly printed in two colours on the white background, complete with what every ice lolly should still have – a joke on the stick.

It's a two-colour embossed screenprint on 300gsm somerset paper, sized at 56cm x 38cm and in an edition of 50. £37.50 gets you one.

Marilyn limited edition silkscreen print by Richard Duardo

Mar

He's perhaps best known as a printer, working with the likes of Banksy, Shepard Fairey, David Hockney and Keith Haring in the past. But Richard Duardo is also an artist in his own right – and this Marilyn limited edition silkscreen print is one of his pieces.

The work of the 'West-Coast Warhol' (as he's known) are colourful pop art-style prints of pop culture icons – and they don't get much more iconic than Marilyn Monroe. The print is from a signed limited edition of 100, sized at 37x 24 inches, available framed or unframed.

If you want the unframed version, it sells for £320.

Wow Playmobil XL by Leblon-Delienne

  PhpThumb_generated_thumbnailjpg
It seems that barely a week passes without a new Lego-inspired product being released, so it's nice to see another much-loved childhood toy getting a look in too, with these Playmobil XL figures from Leblon-Delienne.

These small moveable figures have come in many different guises over the years – knights, pirates and zulu warriors to name but a few. The XL figures are giant versions of the 7.5cm characters, scaled up to 24cm and made from resin. There are two figures available, Fireman and Nurse and each one comes in a limited edition of just 1000.

The figures cost £119 each and are available from www.theo-theo.com here.

Comme des Garcons x The Beatles clothing and accessories range

Beat1

It's made in very limited numbers in Japan, it's made by Comme des Garcons and it has the Fab Four's official stamp on it. You just know this Comme des Garcons x The Beatles clothing and accessories range isn't going to come cheap.

But if you love the band and like a bit of exclusivity, it could be for you. The range includes Apple / The Beatles-branded t-shirts, polo shirts and a rather pricey, but very eye-catching transparent tote bag, which you can see over the page.

But the most interesting design is this reworked Comme des Garçons x The Beatles Spring Court plimsoll. We have featured the originals in the past, which were popular with '60s mods and worn by John Lennon on the cover of Abbey Road. The new version has both the Apple and Beatles logos, plus the exclusivity of course. However, this limited edition is almost three times the price of the basic version at £110, so maybe for the hardcore fan only.
