Repetto limited edition BB Brigitte Bardot shoes

Repetto_bardot
Not the first time we have featured Repetto footwear, but these Repetto BB Brigitte Bardot shoes are pretty special.

These don’t just carry the name either, Bardot (long associated with the label) had these shoes designed for her some time back, with this new version re-modelled with a theme around her lucky charms – hearts and daisy flowers – which integrates with the red and white check design.

And there’s not many of them around. Just 60 pairs have been made (to coincide with the company’s 60 years in existence), selling for 190 Euros online.

Gemma Jones Cherry Starlet T-Shirt

GemmajonestshirtYou may already be familiar with the work of Melbourne artist Gemma Jones as her pop art prints featuring Sixties girls have been on sale at Habitat for some time now. Now one of her distinctive prints is available in t-shirt form in the shape of the Cherry Starlet T-shirt, a collaboration with retro clothing designer Peta Pledger.

Similar in style to her Habitat prints, the t-shirt features the face of a girl taken from a club flyer or record cover from the 1960s. The design is enhanced with a smattering of stars. The t-shirt has been limited to a run of twenty and the XL size has already sold out.

It costs $45 (approximately £23) and can be bought from Peta Pledger on Etsy.

Shag-designed Luxuria Music t-shirt

Shag_luxuria

When that cool online radio station you occasionally tune into asks for funds, do you ever donate? For many, the answer is ‘no’ – after all, someone else will surely pick up the tab. Well, often they don’t and the stations go under. But one particularly cool station has a particularly big reason to donate – this Shag-designed Luxuria Music t-shirt.

It’s a fundraising t-shirt for Luxuria Music, a US-based station offering Surf Music, Bossa Nova, Exotica, Space-Age Bachelor Pad, Jazz, Soft-Psych, Sunshine Pop, Wall of Sound, Latin, Go-Go, and Film & TV music of the past 50 years. Something for everyone you might say. And to keep the station online, you can pick up this t-shirt in black or white and in both male and female sizes, all featuring this brand new Shag design.

It retails from $36 (£18) plus postage, but be quick as sizes are already selling through.
