Schwinn Cruiser Deluxe 7 bicycle

Schwinn_cruiser

Schwinn certainly make some interesting bicycles, including a nice Chopper variation and indeed models that look incredibly close to the chopper-style motorbikes seen in Easy Rider. But right now, I'm loving the Schwinn Cruiser Deluxe 7 bicycle.

It's very much the traditonal bike - with a twist. There's the 18-inch frame size, 26-inch wheels, front and rear brakes plus seven-speed Shimano gears. But it's also got the looks of a vintage motorbike, right down to the mini 'petrol tank' panel and built-in headlight.

Great for nipping round town and looking the part, you can pick one up for £399.

I am looking for a bike for man please let me know how much u want for your bike it is for my daddy b-day

i just bought that bike today but its red. i got it for only $104! :) it was on sale. its an amazing looking bike and feels great to ride. i think mine may be faulty though because when i peddle alot then stop i hear a grinding or skidding sound almost like im on the brakes but im sure im not. anyone know what the cause of this might be? its brand new so i thought there wouldent be any problems...

Congrats on the bike, bummer you are having problems. However, it must have been used for $100, maybe it was in an accident or something.

Love this bike and found it on Schwinn's website for $499. However, does this style prohibit a front basket? That is a must for me.
Thanks
Sunny

would like one of these but have been told they aren't available in the UK until next year; is this right?
