DFS introduces Nimbo - budget take on Ligne Roset's classic Togo seating

Imitation is said to be the sincerest form of flattery. So Ligne Roset should be very flattered by the new Nimbo seating from DFS.
That's because it's a very close copy of the company's classic Togo design by Michel Ducaroy. Ligne Roset introduced Togo in 1973 - the first all-foam sofa - and it's still a best seller, as well as a contemporary item, thanks to the ever-changing range of covering materials.
DFS offers just one finish - leather - but in a choice of colours. And it does have a range of items in the style - a two and three-seater sofa, chair and a footstool. It's likely to be a little more firm than the Togo, does sit a little higher and isn't an investment like the Togo. But it is cheap - the three-seater sofa is being offered initially at £795, which is considerably less than the original.
And if you keep it quiet, no-one will know it's high street seating apart from you.
