Marc Sadler's Twiggy lamp

With a name like the Twiggy lamp, you would expect this to be a product of the sixties. But it's actually a very modern piece of design.

The work of Mark Sadler and manufactured by Italian firm Foscarini, it's not unlike the classic 60s Arco lamp, with that big overhang, but a more traditional shade and much thinner stem.

Made of glass fibre and chrome and available in a choice of four finishes, the Twiggy lamp retails for £764.
