Divide a room with the Eames Folding Screen from Vitra

Eames_screen Function and style for your home - that'll be the Eames Folding Screen, now reissued by Vitra.

Dating back to 1946, this is essentially a very practical item - a portable divider for your living space. But it's much more than that - this is a piece of art too - those segments of moulded plywood (with natural ash veneer) creating a 'wave-like' effect that's certain to be the focal point in any room.

And when you're bored of it, the whole thing folds down flat for storage. If only it was available for a little less than the £2,189 price tag.
