Marimekko art deco inspired Astridr coat
A retro coat is always a great investment and there are so many to choose from it can often be hard to settle on just one. We've featured a few pieces from Marimekko before and this Marimekko Astridr coat is a real contender.
The coat uses the geometric Attica pattern Maija Isola from 1959 to 'evoke the spirit of Art deco'. As pretentious as that sounds, it does ring true on this piece. The rounded shaping of the silhouette softens the coat, leaving the angular print to stand out well.
