The chair was added to their collection last year and is inspired by the influential Heal’s ‘Scandinavian Design For Living’ exhibition in 1951. Interestingly, the design is not inspired by an actual chair from the exhibition, but rather from an image of a chair in a poster from that period. The chair has a solid oak frame and is available upholstered in either leather or (the better and slightly cheaper option) Danish wool in a variety of colours. It costs £1,595 in leather or £1,518 in wool.
