eBay watch: Fully-renovated 1980s Mini 1000

The Mini 1000 isn't usually a car we would feature, but this fully-renovated 1980s Mini 1000 looks something special.

Essentially, it's a complete restoration job on a car dating back to 1989 and with just 47,000 miles on the clock. If you want to see it being restored step-by-step, the listing has a mass of images on it, from the early days to the finished job you can see here.

According to the seller, the project was finished last year and since them, it's been sat in a garage undercover. All you have to do is charge the battery and it is ready to go. Presumably it has not gone before to protect that mileage and the handmade creed and red upholstery, which now dominates the interior.
