Artel Op-Art Tumblers

I’ll be honest with you – in my present circumstances I can’t really afford these glasses, but if I ever find myself with an oligarch’s income these set of Artel Tumblers is going on my shopping list.

Designed by Karen Feldman, they are made from handblown Czech glass lead free crystal and hand etched using a variety of techniques by Czech master artisans which may contribute somewhat to the hefty price tag. But what really appeals to me is their patterns. Each of the six glasses is decorated with a different op-art inspired print in black, so a classy 1960s look. The price? £589 for the set.
