Fujifilm X-E1 retro-style camera

Fujifilm-x-e1

If you are in the market for a new camera, you might want to wait a few weeks longer. Because this Fujifilm X-E1 vintage-style camera should have had an official launch by then.
It's a camera that has been leaked by a Japanese website, with a likely launch for the autumn. Details are scarce, but we do know that this is a mirrorless camera, which effectively means it offers SLR-like quality and interchangeable lenses, but without the optical view finder (an electronic view finder is here instead). It is also said to have a pop-up flash and a choice of silver or black for the top of the camera.

All the details should be confirmed soon, as should the price. It's not a top end model, but don't expect the Fujifilm X-E1 to be cheap either when it hits UK shelves.
