1980s-inspired Berlin Boombox
Miss the days when a sound system was the size of a small house? If that's the case, you'll love the Berlin Boombox.
Except it's not quite as it seems. The work of German designer Axel Pdaener, the Berlin Boombox is made using recycled cardboard and all the necessary finishing touches (right down to a working volume knob). You put together the pre-cut pieces yourself via the simple instructions.
As for the music, that's via your mobile phone, which slots in and plays music via the stereo speakers. A great idea and a fun project too, find out more at the website or secure one for £49.99.
