eBay watch: Full-size replica Postman Pat post van with electric power

This is one of the maddest things we've seen on eBay in a long time. Someone has made a full-size Postman Pat post van with electric power - and now they are selling it.

According to the listing, this is a replica of the van used from 1981 in the stop-motion animated children's television series, bought from a museum (which was licensed to build a replica) and running on electric power.

Not just a nicely van, the seller is also throwing in a 'professional' Postman Pat costume and a Jess The Cat. We presume the latter isn't alive. It'll make you the toast of a kids party for years to come. Whether it's a practical vehicle for getting you to work in a morning is a different thing.
