Stella McCartney Sgt. Pepper-style sweater for kids

No prizes for guessing where the inspiration came from for the Stella McCartney Snoops cashmere military jumper.

Yes, it looks like Stella has been looking through her dad's back catalogue for inspiration, notably The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album from 1967, where military-style outfits were prominent on the front cover.

This sweater would have fit in perfectly, but there are obvious differences. This is for kids, aged from two to 12 years and is predominantly made of organic cotton and cashmere.

Sadly, it doesn't come cheap. If you want your child dressing up as a child of the sixties, this sweater sells for £85.
