Soriano 1950, Italy print by Lane

It's got a great retro look but this Soriano 1950, Italy print is a new design courtesy of Lane. 

The lithographic print has definitely got some claim to history behind it though - the print was inspired by a Fifties design found in the Italian home town of its designer Joff Casciani, Soriano Nel Cimino. 

Its simple graphic design is reproduced in a very Fifties colour scheme too: aubergine, red, white and blue. There's also a '1951' version of same design available as a screen-print in the contrasting colours of mustard and aubergine.
