24h Tuokio Teaset by Arabia

Arabia has gone back to the 1940s with the 24h Tuokio Teaset.

The ceramics were originally designed in 1943 by Heikki Orvola, one of the leading names in Finnish design at the time, who created the pieces for his own use. The series has been updated here with a pattern by designers Helorinne & Kallio - and I think the new pattern works well with the classic design. The pieces that make up the teaset are sold invidually, priced between £11.50 for a saucer up to around £20 for the jug.
