This Jonathan Adler junior lion bank encourages starting a saving habit early in life. Or perhaps it'll just encourage you to save up to buy more Jonathan Adler things. Either way, it's an attractive piece of design.
It's been designed for kids but it's almost too nice for them. Made from porcelain, this lion money box is brightly coloured and patterned and looks like it could have come straight from the 1960s. It's part of a new Junior range from Adler, based around different animals: there's elephant and owl related goodies available as well.
Another thing that might encourage you to keep it to yourself, rather than give it to your kids: its break-the-bank price tag. It'll set you back £78.
