Mad Men Armchair from Maisons du Monde
Another day, another fabulous armchair - this time the Mad Men Armchair from Maisons du Monde.
The chair doesn't have any official connect with the television show of the same name, but invokes the same period. You could easily imagine Don Draper or Roger Sterling kicking back in this seat, a cigarette in one hand, a stiff drink in the other. It is available in purple or putty, but I'd opt for either the orange shown above or the equally retro olive green colour. It costs £399.
