Making a change from reworkings of film posters, The Rockpot has recreated classic albums as book covers in The Record Books collection.

Favourite album covers have been redesigned as 'well-thumbed liteature' by artist Chistophe Gowans. Records given this treatment include Exile on Main Street, Abbey Road, Dark Side of the Moon, London Calling, Unknown Pleasures and Blood on the Tracks – plus some more contemporary titles too. The book styles range from Penguin Classic-like designs, more pulp fiction, non-fiction and classic sci-fi. They are available as prints (£33 for an A3 print, £55 for A2) or as sets of postcards (£8.50 for a set of 12).
