One of the most famous trainers (or sneakers) ever made has returned with much hype from its maker – the Adidas Stan Smith trainers.

We teased these over at His Knibs last week but now you can buy the first reissues in the UK in a choice of three white leather finishes, all shown here.

The shoe, as you might know, originated in the 1960s, but was endorsed by leading tennis player (of the time) Stan Smith in 1971. Little did he (or they) know oiw popular this shoe and its distinctive perforated stripes would be.

The reissues here stay pretty true to the original, with leather matched with either red, green or blue detailing, Stan Smith printed on the heel and the man himself on the tongue. All of which sits on a chunky tennis sole.

We would expect these to clear out soon, so get them which you can, £67 gets you a pair.

Update: You can also get these at End Clothing, along with the matching track tops and polo shirts. You can find all the range here.
