Jonathan Adler's take on retro style can always be relied on to add a touch of class to proceedings. If you are despairing of tinsel and twee, it will be assuring to hear that his Menagerie tree ornaments maintain his usual sense of high style.
The Menagerie collection typifies Adler's interpretation of midcentury style and covers animals from deer to foxes, but also less conventional subject matter such as a mohawked punk. Each ornament is made from ceramic, but comes in an array of finishes, from the matte gold as shown above to silver, or plain porcelain.
Whether you buy one or several, it's certainly going to make for a very well-dressed tree.
