The work of Piet Mondrian has inspired many different kinds of designs in the past, from coffee tables to cabinets. Another way to enjoy something of De Stijl into your life are these Mondrian-inspired cushions by Printerella.

The cushions are the work of Julie Sapsford, who prints, cuts and sews the designs by hand. There are nine different designs to choose from, each printed onto 100% cotton twill and in a variant on the red, yellow and blue colour blocks, combined with that distinctive black grid.

One cushion would look stylish by itself but you could combine a couple to create your very own masterpiece on your sofa.

The cushions are priced at £45 each.
