This looks like something you might get lucky with at a vintage fair, but the Astrid Flower homeware collection is actually a new range.

You can get it via Dotcomgiftshop, which is a retailer well worth considering if you want something retro and affordable. Indeed, we have featured other designs from there in the past, including this Floral homeware range some months ago.

In fact, retro ranges like this are pretty regular arrivals, but the Astrid Flower is the new kid on the block.

It’s a range with some depth too – and beyond what you would expect. Yes, there is a porcelain mug, drinking glasses and trays, but you can also get a flask, a water bottle,, a lunch bag, large storage bag, a shopper, even a diffuser, wrapping paper and gift cards.

Obviously you don’t want all of that, but it is nice to co-ordinate, especially with a design this bold and unashamedly retro.

Oh, did I mention it was affordable? I think I did. Depending on what you go for, prices for items in the range go from £1.25 thigh to a ‘high’ price of £12.95.

Oh yes, if you do like the idea of this range, but aren’t sold on the blue floral finish, you might want to check out Mid Century Poppy, Daisy Design and Rambling Rose to name just three other alternatives.
