It’s a range all about typography. The lettering here was created by Danish designer Arne Jacobsen back in 1937 for internal signage for the city hall of Aarhus. It’s a striking modernist font and one that really hasn’t aged at all. In fact, it has probably never been as ‘on trend’ as it is now.

A few years ago, someone had the idea of adding it to homeware, starting off with the Alfabet cups (that’s not a typo by the way) and eventually building a range covering every corner of the home, taking in everywhere from the home office through to door furniture and much, much more.

Well, not quite every corner, as the home bar didn’t feel the love. That has now been corrected and you can buy a range that both looks good in your bar area and of course, helps with mixing you a drink.

Take your pick from as cooler and a cocktail shaker, both made of a mix of stainless steel and silicone or go for a carafe, which is a glass and silicone.

Both have the appropriate Arne Jacobsen lettering on the front and if you want the letters to highlight your bar area, they are also available as part of the general range.

The new pieces are priced between £33 and £65 and are available to buy right now.
