Possib

25 years ago, architect Richard Babcock created a re-usable Christmas tree a cit above the average fake trees. And now you can buy a PossibiliTree for your home too.

Think of the PossibiliTree as a mid-century style tree for your home, made of a polished walnut, it sits perfectly next to your vintage sideboard or Eames chair. Open it up and you get a range of ‘branches’ for hanging your decorations. Once Christmas is over, flatten it down and slide it back into the storage tube.

The only downside is the size – the original stood around 6ft tall, whereas this replica is just 3ft, so you’ll probably need to stand it on a unit. Not cheap at $360, but this stylish piece of retro design is likely to be with you for many years.
