Some time back, we featured the Modernist London Christmas cards, which featured views of modern London landmarks. Well, Stefi Orazi is back, this time focusing on one in particular with the Golden Lane card set.

Yes, you get four individual illustrations of the colourful 1950s council estate, guaranteed to impress any lover of the city or indeed, mid-century design or architecture.

  1. These designs are so beautiful. In their use of colour for the different blocks on the Golden Lane estate. However the estate itself is worth visiting, if you are ever near the Barbican or Old Street. It’s Council estate at its best with mixed size housing and communal leisure facilities.
