Last year we featured the reissue of the Pedrera table lamps by Barba Corsini, which have now been followed by another '50s reissue, this Pedrera coffee table by Barba Corsini for Gubi.
Like the lighting, the table was inspired by and designed for Antonio Gaudi's famous La Pedrera building in Barcelona. La Pedrera’s loft space was transformed into 13 modern duplex apartments by Spanish architect Barba Corsini, who also designed modernist interior design for the finished rooms.
This table is one such item, with a black steel frame and a glass table top. Less is definitely more. Available once more, it sells for 579 Euros.
