Here's a gift that ticks a multitude of boxes. These Eames 'Numbers' Pencils are beautiful, useful and affordable – the perfect stocking filler for the design conscious.

The pencil tube is part of the Eames House of Cards range by Whitbread Wilkinson which features items inspired by the original 1952 deck of cards created by Charles and Ray Eames. The box is made from recycled kraft paper  and features a numerical design – perfect for mathematicians or economists. It contains 12 pencils; 6 graphite and 6 wax-based colour and costs a very reasonable £6.

You can buy it online from Whitbread Wilkinson here.
