No one is pretending this is cheap, but if you want statement in your living room, it doesn’t get more ‘statement’ than this Caracas midcentury-style chandelier by Jonathan Adler.
A 1950s-style design, the kind of thing you could imagine being in some high-end midcentury palace in California back in the day. That’s doubtless where the inspiration has some from, but the light is anything but old.
It’s a new piece mixing ‘antiqued’ brass with geometric shapes, comes and spheres to great effect. Granted you’ll need a decent size of room to show it off, but if you do have the space, this will dominate it and be a talking point every time you open the door.
