This is part of a collaboration between TfL and Made based around the former’s archive. In this case, you are looking at light designs based on the ones that hung outside Earl’s Court and Tufnell Park stations in the early 20th century. So essentially vintage without the vintage price.
Take your pick from the round or square design, each one constructed using a ribbed, frosted glass for an ‘ambient’ glow, finished with a black fabric cord.
Try a salvage shop and you’ll be digging deep into your savings. Go for these and you are looking at just £59 for each.
