Not a place you would associate with seating, but these budget 1950s-style chairs are at TK Maxx right now.

They look good too. I think these sometimes get called cocktail chairs and almost certainly get referred to as occasional chairs. Useful items and quite eye-catching in a retro kind of way.

That’s probably down to two things. Well, three if you include the design of the chair itself. The first is the upholstery, which has something of a vintage look about it. Certainly well suited for a retro chair. The second is the leg design. Angled and with those metallic tips, the latter something you might associate with a pricier design.
