A great looking shoe and ideal for the time of year. Check out the Adidas Gazelle trainers in white leather.
Absolutely nothing new about the Adidas Gazelle trainers. A staple of the Adidas range since the 1960s, but a shoe that has changed ever so slightly from decade to decade.
In fact, this particular reissue is based on the 1991 version of the Gazelle, which offers the slightly wider proportions of that particular era, as well as the same materials and colours of a 1991 shoe. So if you are feeling nostalgic for that era, consider this for your feet this summer.
It might appeal if you like a bit of tennis too. No, this isn’t a tennis shoe. The Gazelle was designed as more of an all-rounder when it came to sports. But the cooler combination of the white leather and the blue heel detailing give the look of a classic tennis shoe.
In terms of construction, there is that leather upper, which has a water-repellent finish for all-weather wear (making it ideal for the UK weather). There’s also the contrasting heel, a lightweight EVA midsole and a rubber outsole.
Personally, I love this one and if you do too, the price is £69.95 directly from Adidas.
